1. Overview

ShipFast.Wiki ("we", "our", "the Site") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights around it.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following data when you use ShipFast.Wiki:

  • Account data — your name, email address, and profile photo, provided via Google sign-in
  • Profile data — your chosen handle, bio, and social links that you optionally add
  • Content — wiki pages, product submissions, and edits you create on the platform
  • Usage data — page views, contribution counts, and watch activity
  • API keys — we store a hashed (SHA-256) version of your API key; the plaintext key is never stored

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and operate the ShipFast.Wiki platform
  • To display your profile and attribution on content you create
  • To authenticate your account and secure API access
  • To improve the site based on aggregated usage patterns

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

  • Firebase / Google — authentication, database, and file storage
  • Vercel — hosting and edge infrastructure
  • Vercel Analytics — anonymous usage analytics
  • TrustMRR — optional MRR data shown on product pages when a user links their profile

5. Public Content

Wiki pages and product listings you publish are publicly visible, including your handle as the author or owner. Draft content is only visible to you and site administrators.
