By accessing or using ShipFast.Wiki ("the Site", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What ShipFast.Wiki Is

ShipFast.Wiki is a community knowledge base for AI-native builders. Users can create and edit wiki pages, submit products, and interact with content published by other members of the community.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to contribute content. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content on ShipFast.Wiki, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and reproduce that content on the Site.

You must not post content that:

Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
Is unlawful, defamatory, or harassing
Contains spam, malware, or deceptive information
Violates any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

5. API Access

API keys are issued for lawful use only. You must not use the API to scrape, spam, or abuse the platform. We may revoke API access at any time for misuse. Rate limits are enforced as described in the API documentation.

6. Intellectual Property

The ShipFast.Wiki name, logo, and platform code are our intellectual property. Community-contributed content belongs to its respective authors.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the platform. Use information on ShipFast.Wiki at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShipFast.Wiki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
